• Student Profile Data: Full name, date of birth, gender, registration fee details, current training level, shirt size, profile photo, medical history, and training focus.
• Parent or Guardian Data: Full name, email address, physical address, and contact number (WhatsApp-enabled phone number).
• Communication Logs: Chat logs, support requests, and media files (images, documents, audio, or video) sent to or received from our official WhatsApp Business account.
• System Logs: Account credentials, login history, and transaction data for payment records.

We use the information we collect to operate, manage, and improve our services, including:

• Processing new student admissions and managing progressive level placements.
• Creating and securing credentials for the student and parent portal.
• Processing monthly fees, collecting payments, and issuing electronic receipts.
• Communicating schedule changes, emergency alerts, or administrative updates.
• Improving safety and tracking attendance at our training facility.

We integrate the WhatsApp Business API to provide timely and convenient updates. By providing us with your WhatsApp-capable mobile number during enquiry or registration, you consent to receive communications from us.

What we send via WhatsApp:

• Admission welcome messages and student portal credentials.
• Monthly fee-due reminders and grace-period alerts.
• Payment confirmation receipts.
• Automated re-engagement notifications if a plan expires or sessions are fully used.
• Direct support messages from our admin staff using our internal two-way chat dashboard.

All incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages, including any attached media (receipt photos, student documents), are stored securely on our database server for transaction tracking and coaching records.

Opt-Out: If you no longer wish to receive automated notifications via WhatsApp, you can reply with the word "STOP" directly to our WhatsApp chat or contact our admin office to be removed from the broadcast list.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties. We use trusted service providers to assist us in operating our platform, including:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. for routing messages through the WhatsApp Business API.
• Database servers and hosting providers for storing records securely.
• Real-time chat infrastructure partners for administrative operations.

All access keys, tokens, passwords, and message contents are encrypted in transit and at rest using standard industry encryption protocols.

Given that TAG is a gymnastics academy, we process information regarding children (under the age of 18). However, we collect this information only with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian during registration. We do not knowingly allow children to register on the student portal directly without parental setup.
